How much does a Paris airport chauffeur cost?
A private transfer between Paris and the airport starts at €55 for Charles de Gaulle, €40 for Orly and €150 for Beauvais in an economy sedan. The price is fixed at booking and includes tolls and VAT.

For Orly, the starting price applies to the left bank of the Seine; for an address on the right bank, count €50 in an economy sedan and €80 in a luxury sedan or van. The amount you see when you book is the amount you pay. It does not change with traffic, the time of day or a delayed flight, and there is no extra charge at night, on Sundays or on public holidays.
Which Paris airports does our chauffeur service cover?
We cover the four Paris airports: Roissy-Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais-Tillé and Le Bourget, in both directions, to or from any address in Paris and the Île-de-France region.

- Beauvais-Tillé (BVA): the low-cost airport 85 km north of Paris, about 1 h to 1 h 15 by road, ideal for early and late flights.
- Le Bourget (LBG): the business aviation airport, about 12 km north of Paris, with pick-up at the private terminals. Transfers start at €50 in an economy sedan and €80 in a luxury sedan or van.
Transfers between two airports, such as CDG to Orly, and trips to Disneyland Paris or to other cities are also possible. Paris to Disneyland Paris starts at €75 in an economy sedan and €100 in the van.
What happens when you land in Paris?
Your chauffeur follows your flight, waits for you in the arrivals hall with a name sign and drives you straight to your address. Free waiting ranges from 1 h 15 to 1 h 40 depending on the flight.
- You receive an SMS confirmation as soon as your booking is accepted.
- Two hours before pick-up, you receive your driver’s name and photo.
- We track your flight number, so an early or late landing is taken into account automatically.
- Your chauffeur waits at the arrivals exit of your terminal with a sign showing your name.
- You travel directly to your hotel, home or office, with no shared stops.
At CDG your driver meets you at Terminal 1, 2 or 3, and at Orly at Orly 1, 2, 3 or 4, always with the name sign. If you cannot see him, you can reach him by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or through the messaging in the VTC Aéroport Paris app.
Which vehicle should you choose for your airport transfer?
Up to four passengers travel in a sedan or the limousine; five or six passengers, or a lot of luggage, need the 6-seat van. All four vehicle types are available at every airport.
Economy sedan

Private chauffeur or Paris taxi: what is the difference?
A Paris taxi has an official flat rate for trips within Paris only, while our chauffeur quotes a fixed price for any address, tracks your flight, waits for free and meets you with a name sign.

To be completely transparent: at Orly the taxi flat rate is a few euros cheaper on paper. The difference is what comes with the price, and the fact that the fare stays fixed even if your address is outside Paris.
Can you hire a chauffeur by the hour in Paris?
A chauffeur can be hired by the hour for meetings, sightseeing or events: €60 an hour in an economy sedan, €70 in a luxury sedan or van and €90 in a limousine, with a three-hour minimum.
- The price is the hourly rate multiplied by the hours booked: 3 hours in an economy sedan cost €180.
- Rates include VAT; the minimum booking is 3 hours.
- Long-distance trips from the Paris airports to other cities are quoted on request.
Frequently asked questions
Is the price of a Paris airport chauffeur really fixed?
The price is set when you book and does not change afterwards: traffic jams, a longer route or a delayed flight never increase it. Tolls and VAT are already included.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number, so your chauffeur adjusts his arrival time to the real landing time. If your flight is delayed by 2 hours, the free waiting simply starts from the new landing time. A flight delay is never charged.
How long will the driver wait for me at the airport?
Your chauffeur presents himself 15 minutes after the actual landing if you have no checked luggage, 30 minutes after a domestic or European Union flight and 40 minutes after an international flight from outside the EU. One hour of free waiting then starts, so 1 h 15 to 1 h 40 in total. A flight delay is never charged. Beyond that, we call you first: extra waiting is only charged with your agreement, at the hourly rate.
Do you charge more at night or on public holidays?
There is no surcharge at night, on Sundays or on public holidays. A 5 am pick-up costs the same as a 3 pm pick-up.
How do I pay for my transfer?
You pay on board, by card on the driver’s payment terminal or in cash, the fixed amount agreed at booking, for example €55 for CDG in an economy sedan. If you prefer to pay in advance, for example for a guest, we can send you a secure payment link. Companies can pay by bank transfer.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 1 hour before the pick-up time. If your flight is cancelled, tell us: your transfer is cancelled free of charge and anything paid in advance is refunded in full.
Do your chauffeurs speak English?
Our chauffeurs speak English. They greet you at arrivals with a name sign and can answer your questions about the route, a change of stop or your hotel during the whole trip.
Do you provide child seats?
Child seats are free in the 6-seat van: up to two baby seats and two boosters on the same booking. Tell us your children’s ages when you book.
Can I book my return trip at the same time?
The return trip can be booked together with your arrival transfer, in a single request. For example, an arrival at CDG on 3 June and a return flight from Orly on 10 June can be booked in one message.
